DV相談プラスの個人情報の取扱いに係る利用目的

DV相談プラスでは、「配偶者からの暴力に対応するためのＤＶ相談事業」の業務内容及び利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において取り扱うこととし、その範囲を超えて取扱いはいたしません。
なお、特定の個人情報の利用目的が法令等に基づき別途限定されている場合には、当該利用目的以外での取扱いはいたしません。

個人情報の主な取得方法
DV相談プラスは以下のような方法により個人情報を取得する場合があります。
　・相談者からFax送信、メール送信や電話での口頭で提供を受ける場合
　・相談者にご記入・ご提出していただいた書類等により提供を受ける場合

外部に委託している主な業務
DV相談プラスでは、外部の業者に相談システムの保守・管理（データの管理を含む）を委託しています。
委託先に対しては、個人情報を取得する際の承諾に基づく管理を守るよう適切な契約や指導・管理を行います。

第三者提供について
DV相談プラスでは、今後のDV対策の施策の充実に活かすことを目的として、寄せられた相談事例について定量的な分析を行うため、外部の事業者（国が委託した国内事業者に限る。）に取得した個人情報を提供することがあります。提供先の事業者には、利用目的等を制限し、漏えい等のないよう適切な管理を求めます。

DV Consultation Plus will use personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the business content and purpose of use of the "DV Consultation Service to Respond to Spousal Violence" and will not use it beyond that scope. However, if the purpose of use of specific personal information is separately limited based on laws and regulations, etc., we will not use it for any other purpose.

DV Consultation Plus may acquire personal information in the following ways.
 ・When provided by the person seeking advice via telephone, email, chat, or fax
 ・ When provided through documents filled out and submitted by the person seeking advice

Main tasks outsourced
DV Consultation Plus outsources the maintenance and management of its consultation system (including data management) to external businesses.
We provide appropriate contracts and guidance/management to outsourcees to ensure that they adhere to the management of personal information based on the consent given when it was acquired.

Provision to third parties
DV Consultation Plus may provide personal information acquired to external businesses (limited to domestic businesses commissioned by the government) in order to conduct quantitative analysis of consultation cases received with the aim of utilizing the information to improve future DV countermeasures. We ask the businesses to whom the information is provided to limit the purpose of use, etc., and to manage the information appropriately to prevent leaks, etc.
